 Continuing the tradition of an annual Midwest Scroll Saw Picnic which was established by Joe Diveley in 1996, we are continuing work on the 2010 picnic which will be held in Richland Center, Wisconsin, at the High School.  The booth fee will be $100.00.  We will hold the picnic rain or shine as it is an indoor event.  The booth sizes will be approximately 10’ x 15’.    The facility is a nice size and our desire is to have as many vendors as possible, however our suggestion is that you return your application as soon as possible.

Each vendor must fill out the Seller Part of the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator & Seller Information (Form S-240)

as provided by the State of Wisconsin.  These can obtained by contacting Ocooch Hardwoods at 26511 County Highway OO,

Richland Center,WI  53581 or can be found on the Department of Revenue's website at www.dor.state.wi.us/html/temevent.html

Regulations for Midwest Scroll Saw Trade Show, August 6 & 7, 2010     

1) Vendors may not sublet their space to anyone else.

2) Vendors may setup from  2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 5, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 6,2010

3) At show close, all exhibits, goods and materials must be removed.

4) Use of nails, screws, tacks, tapes or other attachments to walls, floors or dividers is prohibited and all costs incurred in repair of damage will be the full responsibility of vendor.

5) Vendors are not to have pets or alcohol at the show.

6) Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean.  Trash must be placed in designated receptacles.
